Overview
Anhui Xinfulong's Electronic Grade Piping Systems are precision-engineered for the most demanding ultra-high-purity (UHP) fluid handling applications in semiconductor manufacturing, wet electronic chemical processing, and advanced node fabrication. Manufactured from semiconductor-grade PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) resins, our piping systems deliver exceptional chemical resistance, ultralow extractables, and superior thermal stability — ensuring that the fluids reaching your process remain as pure as when they left the supply source.
In semiconductor fabrication, even trace levels of metallic ions, anionic contaminants, or organic residues can cause wafer defects and directly impact production yield. Electronic-grade PFA/PTFE piping serves as the critical "vascular system" of the fab — transporting ultrapure water (UPW), wet chemicals, etchants, and solvents from bulk distribution to wet benches and process tools. Our electronic grade piping systems are manufactured and packaged in controlled cleanroom environments, with each batch rigorously tested to meet the stringent requirements of SEMI F57, the global benchmark for UHP polymer materials and components in semiconductor fluid delivery systems.
Key Features
Semiconductor-Grade Material Purity
-
Manufactured from electronic-grade PFA and PTFE resins from leading global suppliers, featuring extremely low ionic content and minimal extractables
-
PFA resins such as Chemours Teflon™ 450HP/451HP/950HP PLUS and Daikin NEOFLON™ AP230/AP230SH/AP231SH provide the highest purity levels available
-
Ultra-low extractables ensure parts-per-billion (ppb) to parts-per-trillion (ppt) purity levels, meeting the most stringent cleanliness requirements of advanced semiconductor nodes-
-
No metal ion contamination — all fluoropolymer wetted paths eliminate the risk of metallic contamination that impacts process yields
Exceptional Chemical Resistance
-
Inert to virtually all chemicals encountered in semiconductor manufacturing — including hydrofluoric acid (HF), hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄), nitric acid (HNO₃), hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), and various solvents and oxidizers
-
Outstanding resistance to chemical permeation — dense, voidless structure minimizes fluid penetration and maintains chemical integrity
-
Compatible with concentrated and dilute acids, bases, oxidizers, and organic solvents across the full pH range
Broad Temperature Range & Thermal Stability
-
Continuous service from -200°C to +260°C
-
Maintains mechanical and dimensional integrity across wide temperature fluctuations — from cold chemical storage to heated process baths
-
Stable flexibility and mechanical strength even at extreme temperatures
-
Excellent thermal shock resistance for reliable performance during rapid temperature cycling
Superior Surface Quality & Cleanliness
-
Extremely smooth inner surface with low roughness (Ra values meeting SEMI F57 requirements), minimizing particle adhesion, microbial growth, and fluid entrapment
-
Translucent construction enables visual flow monitoring and easy inspection
-
Non-stick, anti-adhesion surface properties facilitate efficient drainage, purging, and cleaning
-
Ultralow particle release — each batch is tested with Agilent ICP-MS and RION Particle Analyzer to ensure low metal ion and particle release
Mechanical Integrity & Reliability
-
Excellent crack and stress resistance — PFA delivers superior mechanical properties compared to PTFE while maintaining comparable chemical inertness
-
High flexural strength and long flex-life under thermal cycling
-
Low coefficient of friction for efficient fluid flow and reduced pressure drop
-
Near-zero moisture absorption ensures dimensional stability in all environments
Cleanroom Manufacturing & Packaging
-
Critical production processes carried out in Class 1000/10,000 cleanrooms
-
Extrusion in controlled cleanroom environments; final packaging in Class 100 cleanrooms to prevent contamination
-
Double-bagged and labeled packaging to fab protocols for controlled introduction into cleanroom environments
-
Full traceability from raw material to finished product
Technical Specifications
Quality Standards & Compliance
SEMI F57 Compliance
Our electronic grade piping systems are manufactured and tested in full compliance with SEMI F57 — the semiconductor industry's definitive standard for ultra-high-purity polymer materials and components used in ultrapure water and liquid chemical delivery systems. SEMI F57 establishes minimum performance requirements across four critical parameters:
-
Metal Ion Contamination — Ensuring ultralow extractable metal ions that could cause wafer defects
-
Anionic Contamination — Controlling trace anions that impact process chemistry
-
Total Organic Carbon (TOC) — Maintaining ultralow organic extractables
-
Surface Roughness — Ensuring smooth surfaces that minimize particle adhesion and entrapment
China Semiconductor-Grade PFA Pipe Standard (T/CPCIF 0464-2025)
In addition to SEMI F57, our products also comply with China's first national-level standard for semiconductor-grade PFA pipes — T/CPCIF 0464-2025《半导体级超纯可熔性聚四氟乙烯(PFA)管》, officially released by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and effective December 2025. Notably, several technical requirements in this standard are stricter than SEMI F57 — for example, TOC content is limited to ≤2000 μg/m² (vs. SEMI F57's ≤40000 μg/m²).
