Overview
Anhui Xinfulong‘s Wafer Type Lined Ball Valves are engineered for applications where space is at a premium and corrosion resistance is paramount. Unlike traditional flanged ball valves with integral flanges, our wafer design is installed by clamping the valve between two pipe flanges using long bolts that pass through the entire assembly. This eliminates the need for integrated flange necks on the valve body, resulting in a significantly more compact, lighter, and cost-effective solution.
The valve features a full fluoropolymer lining — available in PFA, FEP, or PTFE — that completely isolates the metal body from the process medium-. This fully lined design, combined with a precision-molded lined ball and floating ball construction, provides exceptional resistance to strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and ultra-pure chemicals, making it the ideal choice for corrosive and high-purity applications where metal valves fail.

Not for End-of-Line Use — Wafer valves cannot be used as end-of-line valves, as they may fall off if the downstream flange is removed
