Combining the simplicity and reliability of a quarter-turn ball valve with the speed and precision of a pneumatic actuator, our lined ball valves deliver fast, repeatable, and fail-safe operation in semiconductor, wet chemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing environments.
The valve body features a full fluoropolymer lining — available in PFA, FEP, or PTFE — that completely isolates the metal body from the process medium. This fully lined design, combined with a precision-molded lined ball and stem unit, provides exceptional resistance to strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and ultra-pure chemicals, making it the ultimate solution for pipelines where metal valves fail.
Available with double-acting or spring-return pneumatic actuators, our valves can be integrated into automated control systems with solenoid valves, positioners, and limit switches for remote on/off or modulating control.
