Overview
Anhui Xinfulong's FEP Lined Ball Valves are engineered for reliable flow control in the most demanding corrosive and high-purity applications. FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) — a melt-processable fluoropolymer — offers exceptional chemical resistance, excellent non-stick properties, and superior permeation resistance, making it an ideal lining material for valves handling aggressive chemicals, acids, alkalis, and high-purity media.
Our FEP lined ball valves feature a full fluoropolymer lining that completely isolates the metal valve body from the process medium-. The lining is applied through high-pressure injection molding technology, ensuring a dense, void-free, and uniformly adhered layer that provides unsurpassed resistance to corrosion, permeation, and contamination. Available in manual lever, gear-operated, pneumatic, or electric actuation configurations, our valves deliver bubble-tight shut-off and long-term reliability in semiconductor, wet chemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing environments.
FEP exhibits chemical stability comparable to PTFE, with the added advantage of being melt-processable for superior lining adhesion and uniformity-. It can be applied to any strong corrosive medium except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.
