Overview
Anhui Xinfulong's FEP Lined Globe Valves are engineered for reliable on-off and throttling service in the most demanding corrosive and high-purity fluid handling applications. The valve body features a full FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) lining that completely isolates the metal body from the process medium, providing exceptional resistance to strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and aggressive chemicals.
The globe valve operates with a disc driven by a stem along the central axis in a lifting motion — a common block valve design used to connect or throttle media. Compared to gate valves, the lined globe valve offers a simpler structure, easier manufacture and maintenance, shorter disc travel for quicker opening and closing, and excellent sealing performance. The disc and stem are designed as an integral structure, ensuring compact design and safe operation.
Available with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuation, our FEP lined globe valves can be integrated into automated control systems for remote or programmed operation.

Important Usage Note
FEP lined globe valves are strictly prohibited for flow adjustment/regulation. Throttling should be avoided to prevent high-speed medium flow at the orifice from eroding and destroying the sealing surface. These valves are designed primarily for on-off service and occasional throttling applications where flow velocity is carefully controlled.
