The sight glass features a full fluoropolymer lining — available in PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) or FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) — that completely isolates the metal body from the process medium. All wetted surfaces, including the body interior, flanges, and sealing components, are lined with high-purity fluoropolymer to ensure zero metal contact with the process fluid. The viewing element is constructed from heavy-wall borosilicate glass, offering exceptional thermal shock resistance, mechanical strength, and optical clarity for continuous process observation.
Manufactured in Class 1000/10,000 cleanroom environments using electronic-grade raw materials, our sight glasses meet the stringent cleanliness requirements of semiconductor fabrication, including advanced node processes.
