The manual ball valve operates with a simple quarter-turn (90°) lever mechanism, providing quick, intuitive on/off control-. The valve's full bore design minimizes pressure loss and maximizes flow capacity, while the precision-machined ball and seats ensure absolute leak-free performance. All wetted surfaces are fully encapsulated with high-purity fluoropolymer lining — PFA, FEP, or PTFE — providing unmatched resistance to chemical attack, permeation, and microbial contamination. The lining is injection-molded and "locked-in" to the body, ball, and stem, eliminating the risk of liner collapse under vacuum or thermal cycling.
