Overview
Anhui Xinfulong's Compression Molded PTFE Lined Tees are engineered to provide reliable branch connections in piping systems handling the most aggressive chemicals, high-purity fluids, and corrosive media. Manufactured using advanced powder compression molding technology, our tees feature a seamless PTFE lining that completely isolates the metal body from the process medium, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance, superior anti-permeation properties, and long-term reliability in the most demanding service conditions.
The compression molding process begins with high-purity PTFE powder — precision-compressed under high pressure to form a dense, void-free preform, which is then sintered under precisely controlled temperatures to fuse the particles into a homogeneous, high-performance lining.- This advanced technique enables the production of seamless linings for large-diameter vessels and complex-shaped fittings such as tees and crosses — without welds, seams, or joints that can become failure points.- The result is a fully integrated, steel-fluoropolymer composite that achieves "equalization" of the steel and fluoroplastic — enabling reliable operation under high positive pressure, full vacuum, and extreme temperature cycling without delamination, blistering, or deformation.
Our compression molded tees combine the structural strength of the steel shell with the chemical inertness and non-stick properties of PTFE, making them the ideal choice for branch connections in semiconductor, wet chemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing applications.
Key Features
Seamless, Void-Free Lining Construction
-
Compression molding creates a completely seamless PTFE lining — no welds, no seams, no joints-
-
Dense, void-free structure eliminates pathways for fluid penetration and permeation
-
Uniform lining thickness throughout the entire fitting, including complex branch geometries
-
Integrally molded sealing faces provide reliable, leak-free flange connections without the need for additional gaskets
Exceptional Chemical Resistance
-
Inert to virtually all chemicals — including concentrated acids, alkalis, organic solvents, strong oxidizers, and toxic or volatile compounds
-
Resistant to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, and many other aggressive media
-
Suitable for use with virtually any chemical medium, except molten alkali metals, elemental fluorine, and aromatic hydrocarbons under certain conditions
-
Outstanding resistance to permeation — high-density lining with optimal thickness minimizes chemical penetration
