Manufacturing Process
Our PTFE compression molded pipes are produced through a carefully controlled four-step process-:

Mixing — High-purity PTFE granular resin is precisely blended to ensure uniform consistency.

Preforming — The PTFE powder is evenly loaded into precision molds and compressed at room temperature into dense preforms (blanks).

For lined piping applications, we also employ advanced lining processes including isostatic molding, injection molding, transfer molding, and ram/paste extrusion to ensure superior bonding between the steel shell and PTFE lining.
