Overview
Anhui Xinfulong's Antistatic Isostatic Pressed PTFE Pipes are engineered to address the critical challenge of static electricity buildup in high-purity fluid handling systems. Manufactured from high-purity PTFE resin blended with specialized conductive fillers — typically high-purity carbon black compliant with FDA 21 CFR 178.3297- — our pipes combine the exceptional chemical resistance and non-stick properties of PTFE with reliable static-dissipative performance.
The isostatic pressing process applies hydrostatic pressure uniformly from all directions, achieving homogeneous compression of the highest quality. This produces completely voidless materials- with isotropic physical properties — substantially structurally and electrically uniform along all axes-. The result is a seamless, high-density pipe that delivers superior mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and consistent antistatic performance throughout the entire wall section.
PTFE is an excellent insulator by nature, and when non-conductive fluids flow through standard PTFE piping, significant static charge can accumulate-. In semiconductor, wet chemical, and flammable solvent handling applications, this static buildup poses serious risks — from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to sensitive electronic components to potentially catastrophic ignition of flammable atmospheres. Our antistatic isostatic pressed pipes eliminate these risks by providing a continuous conductive path that safely dissipates static charges to ground.
Key Features
Superior Static Dissipation
-
Uniformly distributed conductive filler throughout the pipe wall ensures consistent surface and volume resistivity
-
Provides a reliable static-dissipative pathway when installed in a properly grounded system
-
Eliminates electrostatic discharge risks in high-velocity fluid transfer and aggressive chemical processing
-
Available in both antistatic (static-dissipative) and fully conductive grades to meet specific application requirements
Isostatic Pressing Advantages
-
Homogeneous, voidless material structure with isotropic mechanical and electrical properties-
